By using ClickBrand, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service

ClickBrand provides browser-based image editing, AI content generation, and project management tools. The service is provided "as is" without warranties.

3. Your Content

You retain all rights to images and content you create with ClickBrand. We claim no ownership over your work.

4. API Keys

When you provide API keys for AI features, you are responsible for the associated costs from the API provider (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.).

5. Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Creem. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

6. Limitation

ClickBrand shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
